Colin Harrison: Managing Director

As the founding member of this family run business, installing his first alarm in the late 1980's, Colin brought a wealth of knowledge from his background in mechanical engineering and property maintenance. Recognising the importance of regulation within the industry, Colin set about gaining the ISO9001 Quality Management early on in the company’s development, leading to the award of NSI NACOSS Gold. Colin now focuses on the financial management of the company and is our most experienced surveyor.

As a result of his experience within the security industry, in the summer of 2009, Colin was asked to join the board of Gloucestershire Crimestoppers, a registered charity that promotes the anonymous reporting of crime.

In addition to his working week, Colin is heavily involved with several local charities. He is the current President of Cirencester Rotary Club, Vice-Chairman of Bingham Hall Trust, and an avid member of the Friends of Cirencester Macmillan Cancer Support.

Matthew Harrison: Operations Director

Matthew joined the family firm from college as an apprentice installation engineer. After learning the trade and serving 10 years as an engineer, he moved into the office as Installation Manager before taking up the position of Operations Director in 2008. As well as overseeing the day to day running of the company, Matthew leads the team in new business streams, most recently the introduction of our highly successful Gate Automation Division, gaining CAME Approved Installer status. Matthew also remains a 'hands on' member of the surveying team.

In his spare time, Matthew is the current chairman of Cirencester Round Table.

Chris Hicks: Installation Manager

Chris joined the company in 1994 as an installation engineer after completing his engineering apprenticeship and gaining experience working within the building industry. As one of our first engineers, Chris has worked his way up through the ranks to become our Installation Manager. This role involves the management of our engineers and customer support team.

Jonathan Stanford: Fire Team Leader

Since excelling his way through his apprenticeship and completing it a year early, Jonathan has furthered his career over the years to become our fire expert. Having been trained by the London Fire Brigade in Risk Assessment, Jonathan took the lead in gaining CIA's accreditation for NSI Fire Gold through the BAFE Modular scheme.
