CCTV Systems
The use of Close Circuit TV (CCTV) systems as a deterrent against crime is becoming increasingly popular. CIA Fire & Security Ltd are able to provide CCTV Surveillance Systems for use in security applications.

All CCTV installations will be designed to suit your specific requirements and installed National Security Inspectorate (NSI) NACP 20 requirements.

Our CCTV services include video recording to digital compact discs and even remote picture transmission.

The digital recording system used by CIA is designed such that the system will capture images from cameras located as specified in the site plan attached to the quotation.

The system offers a local viewing facility with the capability for image assessment for possible identification purposes in the event of criminal activity.
Remote video response
CIA can provide monitoring services for a wide range of CCTV surveillance systems, including two way audio communication. (Please enquire further if you require this service)
Should you require video surveillance systems packaged with 24-hour video monitoring then we can provide an RVR package tailor made to your needs. If remote monitoring is required this will meet the requirements of BS 8418:2003

General Information
The complete system is wholly owned by the client and guaranteed for one year, except for expendable items such as batteries or lighting elements.
Our one-year guarantee is subject to the system being maintained under our service contract.
Your CCTV system could be bound by the Data Protection Act to find out more please refer to www.dataprotection.gov.uk or www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk.
CCTV servicing
Installations should be maintained in accordance with British Standard, NSI and equipment manufacturer's recommendations. For systems that are not monitored
we recommend a yearly service.
