Maintenance & Servicing
We can take care of all your alarm system servicing and maintenance requirements.

Once you have had a system installed by CIA we will ask you to enter in to a Service Contract with us that entitles you to either a 6 monthly preventative visit if the system is communicated or an annual visit for bells only systems where by we will carry out an extensive inspection of your system to ensure that all equipment is functioning as it should and prevent any problems occurring.

As part of the Service Contract your system will be covered by our 24 hour call out service. This service is manned by ten engineers who can be contacted through our office number and through an EMERGENCY twenty-four hour mobile number connected to a voice bank and pager outside of office hours
- The service charge is paid annually in advance. After each service you will be advised of the engineers findings in a copy of his report upon request.

Call out charges will apply if the fault is not the fault of CIA Fire & Security Ltd or the call out results from an attempted burglary.
Service scheduling
We store details of any system that we install so that we know exactly when a system will be ready for servicing. We will then contact you shortly before your service due date to arrange a mutually acceptable appointment for your system to be serviced by one of our engineers.
All this will make the maintenance and ownership of your alarm system as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
